U-DRIVE app is a technology driven platform. U-DRIVE app facilitates digital connectivity between users and independent drivers/ owners.

U-DRIVE has no ownership of vehicle.

 

User responsible:

  • Provide accurate information.
  • Behave lawfully.
  • Availability of vehicle not guaranteed.
  • Services may vary.
  • Delays possible.

 

Drive App: Not Liable For

  • Accidents.
  • Disputes.
  • Delays.
  • Loss/ damage.

These Terms and conditions govern the access and usage of U-DRIVE mobile application platform, services and related digital platform are provided by Sk international a registered company.

 

Nature Of Platform

U-DRIVE operates as a technology enabled digital platform, facilitating connectivity between users and independent drivers/ vehicle owners.

U-DRIVE does not:

  • Own vehicles.
  • Employ drivers.
  • Operate transport.

Or directly provide transportation services.

Transportation related services are independently provided by drivers/ vehicle owners.

 

User Eligibility

Must provide accurate information.

Use the platform lawfully.

Maintain confidentiality of login credentials.

 

Account Registration

Users may require to provide:

  • Name.
  • Mobile number.
  • Email address.
  • Location address.

Users are responsible for maintaining account security and protect user name and password.

 

Bookings And Service Request

Service request are subject to acceptance by independent driver partners/ vehicle owners.

  • Does not guarantee:
  • Vehicle availability.
  • Uninterrupted service.
  • Exact driver timings.

Estimated timings and charges displayed by the platform are indicative and may vary in case of traffic jams.

 

Payments

Users agree to pay:

  • Service charges.
  • Platform charges.
  • Cancellation charges.
  • Taxes or other lawful fee applicable

Payments can be cash, digital, wallet or any other gateways directly to U-DRIVE driver partners/ vehicle owners.

 

Behave Respectively

Avoid unlawful activities.

Harassment and abusive conduct with drivers/ vehicle owners.in case of any complaint pl inform the company i.e. S K INTERNATIONAL through email

 

Cancellation And Refund

May vary depending upon operational conditions

Refund if applicable shall be processed subject to platform policy.

By accepting or using the U-DRIVE app platform, the user acknowledges acceptance of the terms and conditions.
