Service Description

U-DRIVE provides an online platform for users (Passengers) to book taxi rides from independent drivers. We act only as a facilitator connecting Passengers with Drivers.

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • Fare includes base rate, distance/time charges, tolls, taxes, and surcharges.
  • Payments can be made via credit/debit cards, UPI, wallets, or cash (where applicable).

User Responsibilities

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this app.
  • You agree to provide accurate information during registration and booking.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
  • You must not misuse or manipulate the platform.
  • Provide accurate pickup/drop details.
  • Be ready at the pickup location at the scheduled time.
  • Avoid smoking, drinking, or disruptive behavior in the vehicle.

Booking & Ride Policy

  • Bookings depend on driver availability.
  • Estimated fares may vary based on traffic, time, and distance.
  • Drivers have the right to decline a booking if conditions are unsafe or invalid.

Driver Conduct

  • Drivers are expected to be courteous, punctual, and follow traffic laws.
  • U-DRIVE is not liable for personal belongings left in the vehicle.

Service Limitations

  • U-DRIVE reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings due to operational constraints.
  • We may suspend accounts for misuse, fraud, or violation of terms.
  • Drivers are independent contractors, not employees.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms anytime. Continued use of the app implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
